No open roles right now.

We would rather say so plainly than keep a page of ghost listings that never get answered. If that changes, the openings appear here first — before anywhere else.

Where Ravium is

Ravium is pre-launch. The app is built and works — matching on real listening history, crews, lineups and clash detection, a cashless wallet, an organiser portal — but it is not on the App Store or Google Play yet, and it has no users. That is the honest picture, and it is the picture anyone joining would be joining.

It means the work ahead is not maintenance. It is getting a first festival on board, getting the app through review, and finding out which half of what we built people actually use.

Who would move this forward

These are not job listings. They are the shapes of person who would make a visible difference here, in the order they would make it.

Someone who sells to festival organisers

The organiser portal — cashless, loyalty, live attendance — is what no competitor in this space has. It needs someone who can walk into a festival's production office and come out with a pilot. This is the role that would change Ravium's trajectory fastest.

A Flutter engineer who has shipped to the stores

The codebase is Flutter with a Firebase backend, clean architecture, French-commented. Someone who has taken an app through App Store and Play review — and through the first crash reports that follow — would remove months of unknowns.

Someone who lives in festival culture

Not a marketer with a festival slide. Someone who has spent the last five summers on site, knows which crews matter and why an app dies at 4 a.m. on a saturated network. Community, content and knowing what is worth building next.

Applying anyway

Spontaneous applications are read, and answered — including the ones we decline. Write to jobs@ravium.app with:

A short, specific message beats a long generic one. There is no form and no tracking system to feed — it goes to a real inbox.

One honest caveat

A pre-launch product with no revenue cannot promise what a funded company promises. We will not pretend otherwise in a first conversation, and you should ask about it early — we would rather answer that question on day one than on day ninety.
