1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ravium application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App & Mesh Network

Ravium is intended to enhance your live event experience. You agree to use the app responsibly and not to use the location tracking features to stalk, harass, or endanger any individual. By enabling Bluetooth, you agree to participate in Ravium's Offline Mesh network, which may securely relay encrypted packets between nearby users to maintain connectivity when cellular networks fail.

3. Cashless Wallet & Payments (Stripe Connect)

Ravium operates an offline-capable "Cashless Wallet" system. Funds added to your wallet are intended for use exclusively within the Ravium network. All fiat payment processing and merchant payouts are handled securely by Stripe Connect. Ravium reserves the right to freeze wallets suspected of fraudulent offline top-ups or tampering.

4. Gamification & Rave Levels

Your "Raver Level" and "Rave Aura" are gamified metrics designed to encourage positive event participation. These levels are dynamic and subject to decay over time if you remain inactive. Ravium reserves the right to reset or modify levels and badges at any time without notice. Levels hold no monetary value.

5. User Content & Hype Meter

Any content you upload or broadcast (such as mood updates, photos, or votes on the Hype Meter) remains your property. However, by broadcasting publicly within a festival geofence, you grant Ravium a non-exclusive license to display this content to other attendees and the event organizer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & SOS Alerts

The app and its features (including safety alerts and SOS) are provided "as is". The SOS feature relies on the presence of nearby users and active festival security. Ravium is not a replacement for professional emergency services or personal responsibility. In a life-threatening emergency, always contact local authorities or seek out physical medical personnel directly.
